Floor Leaders Meeting
The "Floor Leaders' Conference" is an important opportunity for multidisciplinary leaders from each floor to share their areas of expertise and exchange opinions.
Leaders in each specialty can learn a lot from leaders in other fields about their own ever-changing specialty through evidence-based nursing practice reports. As a result, each leader can demonstrate leadership from a holistic perspective of nursing care to the staff in their own field, which gradually spreads to the entire facility.
This will help staff from various professions work together more smoothly, and create a sense of solidarity within the facility where everyone can help each other.
This daily facility care also prepares us to meet the diverse needs of those living at home, helping to develop a local community where people can continue to live safely in the places where they were born and raised.
